Thank you for choosing to shop with Tantalising Treasures.
By placing an order with us, you are accepting our terms and conditions, even if you have not read them. If you have any questions or concerns, please Contact Us prior to placing your order.
Purchases & Payment
Due to high demand for items, we reserve the right to re-sell any item until payment has been received. To secure an item, please pay immediately. If payment is not received after 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-sell the item. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received, including shipping costs if applicable. Multiple purchases posted in the same parcel will not be dispatched until all items have been paid for.
Orders may be cancelled at any time by notifying us in writing before dispatch.
Payments via Shopify and Stripe
All payments via Shopify and Stripe are subject to Shopify and Stripe terms and conditions on located on their respective websites.
Tantalising Treasures accepts no liability for non-completion of any transaction due to, but not limited to the following: shopify and stripe faults, internet connectivity problems, and/or shopify/stripe policy changes and is under no obligation to dispatch goods until full payment has been received.
Payments via Paypal
All payments via Paypal are subject to Paypal's User Agreement for Paypal Service.
Tantalising Treasures accepts no liability for non-completion of any transaction due to, but not limited to the following: paypal faults, internet connectivity problems, and/or paypal policy changes and is under no obligation to dispatch goods until full payment has been received.

Shipping & Delivery
** Covid-19 - We have been made aware that there may be shipping delays due to Covid-19, please take this into account when purchasing.
In the event that packages are returned to us because of border closures or for other reasons outside our control an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Should you believe there will be issues with delivery of your pretties please reach out to us. We will be happy to hold your items until International shipping Stabilises.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check their shipping address is correct at the time of payment. Any returned items due to incorrect or insufficient address details will be subject to an additional delivery cost. We will attempt to contact you via email prior to posting any items if we require further address details.
All Tantalising Treasures items are Hand Made, we endeavour to process all orders within 14 business days of full payment being received (while unusual paypal processing times may take up to 3 business days). Once items are posted, they are the responsibility of Australia Post and its contractors, and are subject to their transit times and delays.
All postage options include online tracking.
Should any item not be received within 10 business days from the date of posting please advise Tantalising Treasures for an investigation to be lodged with Australia Post.
Please make allowances for weekends and Public Holidays when ordering. We do not want you to miss out on birthdays or special occasions.
Please contact us if you have not received your item after this time frame. We will do all that we can to help locate the whereabouts of your parcel.
International shipping will be negotiated directly with the buyer.
Breakages due to mishandling by Postal Services are not our responsibility.
International Payments & Delivery
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import taxes, customs duties and fees applicable, as calculated by their destination country. Tantalising Treasures cannot be held responsible for any delays with items clearing customs, including the payment of customs fees for storage of your item whilst you arrange payment of any applicable fees.
Tantalising Treasures is unable to determine these fees and any international buyers should contact their local customs office for further information, prior to purchasing.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product can be lawfully imported to their country.
We are legally required to state the true value of the goods on any Customs Declaration Forms. This is especially important for insurance purposes. Please do not ask us to adjust any value on the Customs Declaration Form.
We accept Paypal for international payments only. Free Shipping for orders does not apply to any address outside Australia. Please contact us in regards to freight charges.
Incorrect & Out of Stock Items
We maintain strict inventory controls, but sometimes human errors can occur. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this.
We do not accept returns based on change of mind.

All Tantalising Treasures products are made on Macleay Island in Queensland Australia.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
